Shipping Policy
When you purchase an event ticket or a product on our website the following will occur in order for you to receive your purchase safely and quickly;
- we will telephone and/or email you confirming your delivery details and/or provide a receipt of payment;
- For Merchandise like books and DVD’s, your purchase will be packaged carefully and shipped by a professional parcel service. As a guide you can expect a despatch and delivery time of;
- within Sydney, 2-3 days;
- between capital cities of Australia, 4-7 days;
- to other Australian interstate locations: 6-10 days;
- to international cities: 10-15 days.
Within Australia, parcels are generally delivered between the hours 8:00am - 5:00pm. If there is no one home at the time of delivery, the parcel will usually be returned to the local Post outlet and a card left notifying the addressee of its location.
For international deliveries, you may be asked by your local Authorities or postal service to pay local delivery fees or duties and taxes unique to your country and beyond our assessment.
- For Event Tickets, your purchase will be mailed
- Within Australia, 3-5 days;
- to international cities: 10-15 days.
Please note that we reserve the right to enforce the following policy in relation to our online internet service;
- We may carryout basic identity verification to confirm authorised credit card use.
- We are unable to deliver to a post office box.
- We will require signed receipt from the nominated Purchaser or Recipient when merchandise is delivered.
Our Refund Policy
In the event that merchandise supplied by us is received and found to be defective we require that you return it to us, postage to be paid by us, and a replacement will be despatched as soon as possible. We do not offer refunds or exchange for any other reason, unless the defective merchandise is no longer available and unable to be replaced.
